The land has some gentle slope on part of it but mainly flat where you would likely choose to build. You are far enough from power that you would like;y want to use solar or alternative power for your dwelling. Wells range anywhere in the area from 80 to 450 feet but average is around 250 feet. The back (North boundary) of the property is fenced by the neighboring ranch which is sizeable. That fenceline is about 12 feet off. You are very close to BLM which leads to thousands of acres of Forest Service land for hunting. There are scattered trees on the property and you will have cell service to find the boundaries with On X Hunt. Go show but be respectful and stay on the access road until you reach the property.
